A little about me and how I work

I'm Caroline and I believe that feeling comfortable with your counsellor really matters. I'm warm, approachable and down-to-earth and I aim to create a space where you can be yourself and talk openly without feeling judged. I understand that starting counselling can feel daunting so I work at your pace and focus on building a trusting relationship first.

My experience

Psychology  Education  Well-being

With several years of counselling experience, alongside a background in business and education, I bring a depth of understanding of the pressures and challenges that can come with everyday life, relationships and personal change.
I have a strong empathetic approach to addressing various emotional needs, including those surrounding bereavement, relationship breakdowns, divorce, illness, or impairment.

Drawing from my background in education and Psychology, alongside my accreditation as a         counsellor, I've cultivated a keen insight into the complexities of human emotions and the unique challenges individuals face during times of hardship and transition.

My diverse professional journey, from working in the UK and abroad as teacher, mentor and ambassador has further honed my ability to connect with individuals from different backgrounds and help to make sense of their experiences.

Recognise. Understand. Change.
